Dr. Arnaud Comment
Dr. Arnaud Comment worked in the field of solid-state NMR as a PhD student in Prof. Charles P. Slichter’s research group at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and then 1.5 years in the Grenoble High Magnetic Field Laboratory. In 2005, he launched a Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP) project at EPFL, Switzerland. He implemented a polarizer for preclinical hyperpolarized NMR studies before joining the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne to lead the developments of biological applications of hyperpolarized MRI. In 2011, he was awarded a professorship grant from the Swiss National Science Foundation. In 2015, he joined GE Healthcare as Senior Scientist to support the clinical applications of hyperpolarized 13C MRI.
